Thai Salmon

Another boring food post today as all I've done so far is get up, go to work and come home. Nevertheless, Thai salmon is on the menu tonight, and I think this has to be one of the best smelling combinations of raw ingredients there is; chilli, ginger, spring onion and lime zest.
