Our first magnolia!

It's been a tight bud for a few weeks, then today, with the warmth and sunshine, it has opened! 

I bought three plants last year from Groupon and they have all taken so well and it's great to see them ready to flower. 

It's been a quiet week here. D is away with the 'men crowd' walking in Ross- on -Wye. 'Quiet' meaning I've sometimes not actually talked all evening! Some will find that hard to believe!

So lovely to have another warm sunshine- filled day...!
