Bird Watching

I've been to Cromwell Bottom today and the progress being made after the floods is very good, there's still much to do and it will take a lot of time but it's beginning to look much better; dredging is taking place, and some structural work is being done on three of the bridges. In May the reserve will be closed during the week whilst they finish off repairing a foot bridge, but it seems by summer the main end of the work will be complete.  I did see some Bullfinch today too, but I didn't manage to blip them  -  maybe next time.
