What a beautiful day ....... the sun is out ..... the sky is blue ......

We spent quite a while tidying up in the garden ..... making the most of the lovely weather ...... well it was too good to miss!

This is a Thrift or Sea Pink just beginning to open ....... I thought it looked quite pretty ..... hope you think so too :-)

Late afternoon we went to the Supermarket ...... just as we were about to leave there was a huge flash of lightening & an enormous clap of thunder! Bad timing ....... we headed home & unloaded as quickly as we could ....... almost got in the house before the rain came! Good thing too ..... it was throwing down huge raindrops! So pleased we made it back before we got drenched!
