Making the most of it!

Again chilly and bright so I was able to spend the morning out in the garden, once I'd got the steak and mushroom casserole in the oven!  This isn't our garden, it belongs to neighbours who are away in the Western Isles at the moment and I'm keeping on eye on the house.

Our poorly neighbour (B) is on an antibiotic drip in hospital and a lot more comfortable, thanks for everyone's kind concern.

Working in the craft shop in the afternoon then J and Scratch came round for supper.  She brought a wonderful, huge, spring cauliflower from her garden, clever woman!  It went very well with the casserole and mustard dumplings!
