Trespass!
Huge thanks for all your wonderful comments, stars and hearts for Tuesday's blip. There's nobody quite like you and I'm so very grateful.
Today was an unusual Wednesday. I met some dear office chums for a late and somewhat boozy (by my standards) lunch and it was most pleasant. The office is a little more quiet than usual and so we took advantage by staying out for the afternoon.
I then skiddadled over to Waverley to meet an old acquaintance. Hilery belongs to a choir that specialises in protests. We met two fellow choir members to go to Glasgow to see the activist and comedian Mark Thomas. Mark put on a brilliant show, drawing upon his book "100 Acts of Minor Dissent" and his more recent work on reclaiming once public land that has been privatised. It's shocking how much of the UK has been privatised in terms of once public services and land - things that used to belong to all of us and are now in the hands of the super rich, the non-UK residents who so conveniently keep their money offshore to avoid tax. We're sleepwalking.
