The new fernery is underway

The shade gazebo is now up and saved ferns are beginning to adapt with new fronds appearing.   I wondered if the treefern (Dicksonia Antarctica) would recover as we had to cut it off
half way up the stem, but unlike many other treeferns such as Sciathia, these grow from the top and do not require contact with the ground. A new frond is just appearing (see extra photo 2)  I rejoice with it!
