Couch mate

Another cold morning walk with juno and company.

Work attended.

Lunch with a man I had not caught up with for a couple of years. Lovely catch up and a fetching beard.

Ran to football. We had the sfa along to speak to our 15s/17s who help me coach the u9s. We did dribbling and the girls were great and the young role models stepped up.

A good session with 17s on possession and attacking. They are a great bunch.

Home and food.

Juno is 7 today.
