A nice visit from our eldest girl this morning, a pleasant couple of hours to myself, and a visit from my American friends this evening, bearing gifts of delicious home made food.

Am feeling chirpy enough, but there are one or two worries and I am glad of my appointment with the consultant tomorrow morning.
