Busy Birds

The garden birds seem really busy at the moment, there are lots at the feeders in the garden.  I took a photo of this Chaffinch and only noticed when I processed it that it looked to have a problem with its feet. A bit of googling found that Chaffinches can be affected by the Papillomavirus, a DNA virus which causes wart like growths on the feet. Don't know if this is what is ailing the poor fellow. but I'm glad he got his food.
