Labs

I have visited our Sighthill campus many times, but I had never noticed before today that you can look into the labs from the main staircase. You can see this from my blip.

It was the second day of our training course for PhD students in Information Science and related subjects. This morning I delivered my own session (based on the first 31 slides of a PowerPoint presentation), and I listened into the other sessions in the afternoon.

After we packed everything up and returned the room to 'normal' at the end of the afternoon everyone else headed home. Meanwhile I trooped off to yet another commitment: a meeting about academic workload models and gender equality...
