Count yourself lucky

It's not Friday the 13th is it?
Feeling fed up after a call from the GP gave me the great news that last week's routine blood tests showed a "borderline " result for yet another ailment. No great worry, just a follow up in six months to keep an eye on it.
I nearly gave you a photo of one of the lingering bruises from last week's tests. Luckily the pear tree has just had these first few buds burst into bloom.
Met EAnn has brought emergency chocolate home so I should be more cheerful by tomorrow.
