Dunnock

We got up at 5.30 this morning, as I had an early appointment at the hospital in London, to see the consultant and the trial nurse for fasting blood test and questionnaire. By the time we got home, my usual aching knee and hip joints were very bad.

As the sun was still out, I sat in the garden for an hour and a half, and got this image of a Dunnock. I'm now going to put my feet up for the rest of the evening.
