Homeless and Happy

the cat stalks along the wall, during the day and sleeps in the bushes at night, people feed him/her, the owner lived close by and passed away , he was put in to a  cats protection home, but found his way back.  He/she seems very happy and comes out to greet people as the walk by.  It was for wild Wed but I do not think it is still going.
