Anemones

I just love the colour of these little anemones.

On a separate note - it turns out all the joint and bone pain I have been suffering since before Christmas is due to the fact that, 'I am Vitamin D deficient and I need to be taking a supplement.' Would that be the very same supplement that my GP stopped me taking about 6 months ago because I'd been taking it for, 'A very long time.'?
Anyway, now I am taking it again, hopefully the pains will cease and I'll soon be back to normal (well as far as the joint pain is concerned, anyway!)
