Deep Thought

An Outside Day at last.
Started the day by making sweet buns as I knew we would need a reward later.
A couple of good friends turned up to help Mr KT and the teenager with some building work. The extra hands makes a huge difference to the rate of progress.
After delivering the iced buns and tea to the workers I escaped with my pal to see a couple of gardens in the Scottish Garden Scheme. A great opportunity to have a nose in someone's else's back garden! These were 2 fabulous gardens in Lasswade with trees, ponds and hellebores galore. Very envious!
Finished the day back in the kitchen with a roast dinner for the workers. Hope they come again soon.
