Tiny Tuesday...Moose and Comb
With my back having an ache,
I never left my home.
So...good for me this summer,
I'd picked up this honeycomb.
Actually, I don't think this is a honeycomb. After a little internet research, honeycombs are made of wax, and are used by bees to store their honey and their larvae. This comb is made of paper, and probably used by wasps.
I put it next to one of my moose just to give it a little perspective.
Some things in nature are astounding. How could they possibly build something like this? Hexagonal how-to.
