Being a Slouth

Apparently.. there wasn't much slouthness going on for the rest of the day, having set off with the aim of walking up to St Ives, once there the children spent half an hour in the playground whilst we sat in the sun ready. Then time for an ice cream to encourage them on the next part of the walk. We ended up walking around the Estate and down Alter Lane to Bingley. Now much in need of  a cuppa, we headed the wrong way along the canal to the Five rise café which always has good cake to go with said cuppa. Finally back along the canal to home. A round trip of about 8 miles. Some very clean plates at the dinner table tonight!
