Damn

They drained the lake to take down the old rubber dam and it's now refilling behind the new steel replacement. In theory the people cleaning up the site behind the new dam should be fine....right? If I was driving the digger I would get a shift on just the same.
The new dam is apparently the longest of this design in the world. Eight hydraulic steel gates, each 17' high and 106' wide. Sounds terrific but longest of it's type translates to never been done before. The digger driver should get a shift on.
