Present and correct

Today was the wee man's first day at his new school.  I took the morning off to take him in while the teacher gave him a brief 30 minute induction.  Tomorrow will be a late start for him too but he'll gradually stay a little longer each day until he completes a full morning.

Half an hour isn't a long time to acquaint yourself with a new surrounding but there were absolutely no fears from this wee man.  He ran straight in and did exactly as the teacher told.  I'm sure he's going to love his new Montessori school.

He also received a care package from his friends Aiden and Jamieson in America.  They boxed together a selection of their favourite food and toys and sent it our wee man.

All in all, quite a good day then.
