Anniversary flowers

These are some of the flowers which I got for our anniversary yesterday. I bought my husband a couple of books about the history of Worthing, but only one has arrived so far. He's pleased with it though.

I did a bit of gardening today, then fell asleep on the settee this afternoon only to be woken by our neighbour cutting the grass! It has been a lovely day today though, and I can hear more grass cutting going on this evening further down the road. We have to go out to a meeting soon so ours won't get done unfortunately!
