Everglades Airboat Ride

Day eight, Marco Island

Drove to Everglade City and went on an airboat ride today. You go so fast and its amazing how the captains know where to go because its such a maze! I liked this blip as we went through one passage and I liked how the arch of trees were reflected so it felt like we were going through a tunnel. After we finished on the airboat ride we went to a boardwalk thing, which leads you through a swampey bit and you can see some aligators, snakes and loads of land crabs, which was a bit weird but quite cool. We met a guy half way round who showed us some of the aligators in this pen thing and we got to hold one, which was pretty cool!
