The reopened Rijskmuseum

For years I have wanted to spend a day in probably the national gallery that more reflects its nation more proudly than any other but for ten years the Rijksmuseum has been closed for refurb opening again three years ago.Brilliantborogramme about the reopening available from BBC and Andrew Graham Dixon.
In a word it's fabulous.Not just the Night Watch,the Jewish Bride and The vermeers but the treasure after treasure after treasure of man's ingenuity and ability to create beauty.
