Old Friends

Anne was my best friend from school since we were 7 years old.  We stayed close through University and were each other's bridesmaid.  Steve and I would have been 38 years married tomorrow.

We met for lunch in Edinburgh today at a lovely restaurant with a great view of the castle.  Unfortunately it was pouring with rain - but then this is Scotland!  The years always seem to melt away when I see her.
