Back-blipping.

I think I succumbed to the virus that Cynthia has been suffering with, or as Kendall suggested, it could be an allergy. It didn't stop us from going to Ecliptic Brewing and enjoying their outstanding beer and food.

After sharing the deviled eggs and anchovies, I had a perfectly cooked portion of sturgeon with sunchokes and kalamata olives. I don't usually drink pilsners, but it was the recommended pairing, so I tried it. I don't know if any pilsner would have worked, but theirs had a spiciness that was just right.

Ecliptic is not just a brewpub -- its a gastro-brewpub!
