Mijas Pueblo

We've arrived at our destination and met up with friends. No sunshine and a cool breeze but it should get better, hopefully. The really bad news (for us, not you) is that they have dug up ALL the roads in the village and are laying new pipes for something or other, and it looks as though there is a lot of re-modelling taking place at the same time. At least we can't hear the din from the hotel.

This is a view looking sideways from the balcony. If I point the camera straight down you would see the sea but you'd also see Fuengirola and that's not a pretty sight. One Sunday in the dim and distant past we walked up the far hill on a blisteringly hot day.
