Dine around the World

To celebrate the forthcoming Olympics we had a dine around the world lunch at work. There was Lamb curry from India, Thai chicken from (well....Thailand), of course Kangaroo stew and more. I did a Coronation chicken and here it is! Thank you to all my back room staff who provided advice and encouragement.
Yes I know its an English dish, but we're in Aus, so hence the flag.
