Tulip Farm with My Sisters

And brother-in-law. The Wooden Shoe tulip farm is a crazy popular weekend outing for thousands of people. I thought it was only football and shopping malls that could get so many people in one spot, but last weekend the numbers were 40,000 and 60,000. We arrived right at 9 am, and in an hour they were using the overflow parking lot.
The tulips were magnificent, as were the views across the fields, but it was my sister I couldn't keep my eyes from. She still wears a mask and a wig, but is not hiding! she is so chipper and simply remarkable. Still has a long road ahead with dialysis, chemo, and even a transplant, but if anyone can do it, it's my little sister!
