Tulip Trip

My Blip Buddy Mary Jo and I spent a couple nice hours at RoozenGaarde tulip fields in Mount Vernon today.  It's pretty much the end of the tulip growing season so the big fields of colorful blooms are mostly gone but the four+ acres of display gardens are still open so there is no shortage of beautiful flowers to photograph.  It becomes really, really hard to pick a favorite amongst about 150 photographs.  I had to put a few of my favorites in extras.  To me the extra with the two single tulips looked as though the yellow one was giving the orange one a goodbye kiss for the end of the season -- made me smile.
