Hip

Every morning when we go for our walk, we pass a tall bushy Rosa  rubiginosa (sweet briar) growing on the roadside bank. Its small (10mm in diameter), red hips bring back childhood memories of our mother sending us out to collect rosehips for her to make rosehip syrup - very delicious and an excellent source of Vitamin C. I don't remember getting scratched but I'm sure we did.
Thank you, JDO, for hosting the TT challenge this month.
