10k bagged this morning in 1hr and 1 measly minute...which is great but a wee bit annoying as I was aiming for an hour or under. I only cottoned on at the end that I was close, if I'd known I would have run faster down the damn bypass.

it's now nearly 8pm and I'm only now managing to heat up after a freezing canvass this afternoon in tarves...but the results were good and everyone was nice.

then me and bee went for a pint!

I'm now crashed out on the couch watching nonsense on telly heating up with a half millk, half coconut milk latte...yas. peg is at the park with beth and ronan and daisy is at band with dad.
