Still puffing furiously.

I have surprised myself, which is always nice.

I am still using my vape and still not smoking.

I have had two weak moments but aside from that I have been really good.

I can really notice the benefits, especially when digging in the garden.

I feel rather proud of myself that I have not weakened.
