Candytuft
Today's the day ......................... to warm up
I didn't really believe it when they said that it would get to 16°C today - but it did.
A lovely day to be out in the garden pottering about. Here's a lovely little plant that requires very little attention and is one of the first to flower in the rockery. It is Iberis sempervirens or Evergreen candytuft and you often see it cascading over rocks and walls, or used as a groundcover.
The glossy, evergreen foliage forms a billowing mound and the mass of white flowers keep on going for several weeks.......................
