Zut Alors. No papperazzi!

My first visit to Monaco was a revelation. I dare say that some of you super rich Blippers know the place well. I found it fascinating.  But it wasn't until this Monaco gendarme shouted at me off for taking a photo of him booking these Belgians that I was told about the anti Pap laws in the Principality.

Which would explain why you don't see celeb shots of multi millionaires falling out of their Ferraris into night clubs.
