Mono Monday . . . New Beginnings

Here are the fuzzy buds on a magnolia tree.  Magnolia flowers are one of my favourite spring blooms.  I will see them bloom once more before I leave this garden for a new beginning as a retired person in a new garden in Richmond.  I didn't even know that was going to be my connection to the theme until I started typing :-)
