Day 11 Alphabet April K is for Kaftan

I really don't like doing selfies but Mr. Yana1 gets grumpy if I ask him to take my photo so there's nothing else for it other than to stand in front of the mirror with my phone!

Here is my kaftan and my attempt to not look like Demis Roussos ....

The material belonged to my late Mom, she was a fantastic dressmaker and would have made a special creation but sadly I didn't inherit her skills so a simple kaftan is all I could manage!

I have enough material left to make a skirt or some trousers too but no time just now....

It doesn't look great with Ugg boots but that's what I have on this morning!
