Down by the Riverside

Only 8 walkers arrived at our meeting spot, and we decided to carry on with our walk even though there was rain in the forecast.  The track today started at Albert Town, and took us down the true right of the Clutha River to our lunch spot under the Kanuka bushes.  It was threatening rain, so we donned our wet weather gear and headed back to the cars.  However the shower soon past, and we shed our raincoats as it was getting hot.  A nice cuppa at the local Albert Town Cafe was a great way to finish our walk.
