Open Day

I was pleased to be invited out for a walk by Corinthian Column this morning in our local countryside.  There were eight of us and Buster the Dog in the group and several of us agreed that we live in a lovely place and no matter how long we have lived here, there are always new paths to discover!  Today we began at Doe Park Reservoir and walked a circuit which took in the top of Thornton, the back of Keelham, and skirted Denholme before returning to the reservoir.  The sailing club at Doe Park was holding an Open Day and my blip is of one of the boats taking folks out.  Let's hope they gained some new members.
