Fishing boats

We went down to Deal today to our wee holiday flat. The weather was appalling! that very fine rain which you can hardly see but which absolutely soaks you and only 6° - how I l wished l was back in NZ.
However, in the afternoon the rain stopped and we went for a walk into town. On the way we passed these fishing boats, all pulled up and going no where.
