Mom's Day Today

Today was a REALY busy day on the U of I campus with moms from everywhere coming to town for the weekend to spend time with their sons & daughters that are students at the U of I. As a Uber driver today I met some really nice moms. I ask this mom (Kelly & daughter Morgan) if they'd mind if I took their picture and posted it. They were willing, so here they are. After I took their photo they went into where I had just dropped them off. To my surprise when I walked around the car to get in I discovered I had locked the keys in the car. One thing that isn't supposed to happen in this car is the doors won't lock if the keys are in the ignition. Well I found out today that sure isn't true. To make it more interesting the engine was still running. So as I stand there dumb founded I am looking around to see who I might ask if they could help me. Along comes these two guys. I stopped them and tell them I have locked my keys in the car. Now the good news in this story is about 30 minutes earlier I had opened the sun roof. The one guy boosted the other guy up on top of the roof and he climbs into the car and opens the door. That was only part of my day. It was a pretty fun day but a long day too.
