Saturday night date

My sweetie is so kind, he let me drag him to the club to run through some spin class drills as I have a 10 minute practical exam tomorrow. 7 of us students each have to teach 10 minutes of hills and sprints, and we have to participate in all of them. That is 70 minutes of cardio, plus class, over a 4 hr session. Oh boy. Nice quiet day, lots of sun but cold. I was at my gym earlier to practice then had a swim.
