Lambing weekend

One of our local farms has this weekend as it’s lambing weekend and it’s a date in 5 year old granddaughter’s memory calendar. So, shopping this morning, afternoon at the farm and this evening our neighbour’s 70 th birthday party. Posting my blip now and will attempt to catch up with comments tomorrow.

Today’s blip is Mum and lamb – mum is viewing me with some suspicion and is lowering her head to offer some protection to her offspring. Alongside the lambing shed the farm has five rescued donkeys who are an absolute delight. I took lots of photos of them and one close-up is today’s extra.
