TAP Comes Up Trumps

An incredibly long day, but am posting this in our house in Mora, just after midnight. Boarded the coach in Croatia at 6:45, and then had over five hours to wait in Marco Polo airport - very grateful, as a lot of flights were cancelled.

And then, not long into the flight, a woman started making a very strange noise, loads of activity - eventually they carried her up the aisle, and the pilot informed us we'd be landing in Barcelona to get medical help for her...

So impressed with the uncomplaining attitude of all the passengers, the kindness of the flight staff, and I saw the pilot holding both the woman's hands and talking to her for ages before she was lifted off.

We eventually got our (cold) pasta meal, in a rush, before we landed in Lisbon - heck, it was good to arrive at last...
