Is it really Spring?

We seem to be back to winter. I know it is spring because the Storks are back. They came back to their nest at the local Shopping centre last week. It was 25 °C.
Today we had a Maximum of 6 °C and drizzle - all day. Didn't seem to worry the Storks, though, as they spent a long time tidying their nest and an even longer time preening. Lots of wing flapping and balancing acts as well, so there is sure to be a clutch of eggs, soon - I think they usually lay 4 or 5.
I could have photographed watched them for ages but my fingers froze and my lens kept fogging up. I did my shopping then went home to put my feet up in front of the fire.
