The giant Sultzer
We visited the Finnish Labour Museum Werstas with grandmother and grandfather. The museum specialises in social history as well as exhibiting the history of work and workers in Tampere. There is the largest steam engine ever used in Finland. The giant Sulzer steam engine powered the spinnery, weavery, and dyehouse of the Finlayson cotton mill, and it still stands in its original location.
In the picture Leevi and Grandfather are marvelling the engine. In the extras Emma and grandmother are sitting next to Aune.
In the evening my sister's family visited us for dinner and we had lovely, relaxed Saturday evening. We also had a video call to Ilona, who lives in the USA as an exchange student. She haven't changed at all and still speaks fluent Finnish :)
