On the fence

Since we moved house, the cats have got along so much better. A few months ago the idea of them sitting together anywhere, let alone on a narrow fence, would have been unthinkable. Mostly this is down to Shadow ( the black one ) mellowing out from a grumpy chap to a soppy fool.

I used to have a heart attack when we first moved and they sat up there - the railway track is just the other side. Luckily, they are smarter than they look! It's a much bigger drop down on the other side and they seem to instinctively know going over the fence would be a one way trip.
