Fougasse

I've got friends coming round for some tapas tonight- paella, meats, cheeses, wine, and bread. The Fougasse has a crisp crust and a chewy texture...perfect for dipping in some olive oil.

It's quite quick to make, and only requires one rising. The slashes are a bit haphazard ....
