Freebie

J was already home by the time I got back and she had collected the post. There was a free gift from the stove manufacture after we registered the fire with them. A pad for cleaning the glass, which will come in very useful looking at the state of it at the moment. J had also collected Kilda’s new collar. The old one was too big after her haircut the other week.  Quick bit to eat before heading out to swim training. Managed to get some good tips on improving my stroke, however I need to learn how to breathe on both sides to get a better balance. Tried it for half the session and apparently it looks a lot better. Think I need more practice based on the amount of pool water I managed to swallow.
