The divine Miss O. got another piercing today.

I sway between the protective mother role that's tut tutting and worrying about infection and pain, and the ma who is proud that her daughter is growing into an indendent and confident young woman, not afraid to make her own decisions.

Now where are the cotton wool balls and disinfectant ....
