ran 10.45km this morning...so chuffed. so knackered now though. I managed to get myself roped into another 10k in may which involves running up barra hill for god sake! so I thought I better get my arse in gear. having climbed barra hill many times, I very much doubt I'll be able to run up it, but I'll give it a go - it's for a local charity.

then I took these two nutters in to town for a wee wander. peggy spent most of her holiday money from gran and granda, eve had spent hers yesterday but helped peggy and got a couple of tops for her birthday. I got a few bits and pieces then we went to the beach for a bit of an antidote to the shops. it was so freezing that we only stayed long enough for the kids to get chips and a hotdog then we went home.
